Change is good, however sometimes it may require an extra step if you’ve previously been wearing another color that can’t be covered easily by your new choice of color. Our process strips your old color without damaging your hair in order to move to your new color.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations please contact us by phone 248-544-7600 24 hours in advance or you are given the option to cancel through our booking system. MUST CANCEL 24 HOURS in advance. Otherwise you will be charged $35. With the exception of Extension services. Extension cancellations are needed 48 hours in advance . Otherwise there is a $35 fee if not cancelled within that time frame.
